Job summary

McKinlay Law in Central London is seeking an immigration paralegal to join its busy team and support both private client and corporate matters. You will manage your own caseload, undertake legal research and assist with applications across Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility routes, and other immigration matters, including appeals and citizenship work.

This role offers exposure to high-net-worth clients and global businesses, with independence to work

Qualifications

• Experience in immigration law (ideally 18 months+).
• Ability to manage own caseload and work independently.
• Familiar with a range of immigration routes and applications.

Leading London law firm are looking for an immigration paralegal to join their team and assist with a variety of both private client and corporate immigration matters. Their client base includes global corporations, wealthy individuals and high-profile business executives.

You will be assisting the immigration team with a variety of duties:

• Managing your own caseload
• Undertaking legal research
• Completing immigration applications including Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility routes, Temporary Worker routes, Sponsor Licence applications, Married and Unmarried Partner applications, EU settlement scheme applications and British Citizenship applications
• Preparing immigration appeals
• Drafting representations filed in support of applications
