You will manage your own caseload, undertake legal research and assist with applications across Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility routes, and other immigration matters, including appeals and citizenship work.

This role offers exposure to high-net-worth clients and global businesses, with independence to work

Qualifications

• Experience in immigration law (ideally 18 months+).
• Ability to manage own caseload and work independently.
• Familiar with a range of immigration routes and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload.

• Prepare immigration applications including Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility routes, and Citizenship.
