Job summary

Framestore’s Immersive Studio in London is seeking an experienced Immersive bidding producer to join the business development team. You’ll craft RFP responses, build bid packages, and collaborate with Creative Directors, VFX supervisors, and department heads to tailor approaches for each project.

You’ll manage multiple bids across time zones, analyse data in Google Sheets, report progress to leadership, and help plan capacity and payment schedules with Contracts Management, while building strong

Qualifications

• Immersive, Realtime or VFX Producer experience, from beginning to end.
• A track record of providing detailed and accurate bids in time-pressured situations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of VFX, Immersive or Realtime workflows.
• Flexible availability to join client calls across global time zones.
• Ability to work in a small global team with a common goal.
• Brilliant client and colleague relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, logical, and methodical in approach.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report bid progress to Immersive department management.
• Share updates with senior leadership to plan capacity and discuss financials.
• Team up with Contracts Management to propose and negotiate payment schedules.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the Immersive world, in-house and with competitors.
• Produce tests through visual development and guide projects through pre-production to asset turnover.

About the role

This is a new role within our team. You'll join our business development team as an experienced Immersive bidding producer. This role suits someone who enjoys bidding, working directly with clients, digging into G-sheets, and analysing data. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and won't mind collaborating across multiple time zones.

What you’ll do

• Create RFP responses and bidding packages to share with Framestore clients.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, VFX supervisors and heads of departments to find the best approaches and methodologies for each project.
• Build bid breakdowns for multiple potential projects at the same time.
• Report on bid progress to the Immersive department management team.
• Share updates with the Senior VP of Immersive, Head of Strategic Partnerships, Head of Studio and Resource Management to help plan capacity, and discuss financials.
• Team up with Contracts Management to propose and negotiate payment schedules.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Immersive world, both in-house and across our competitors.
• Produce relevant tests through visual development and guide awarded projects through pre-production, sometimes up until asset turnover.

Requirements

• Immersive, Realtime or VFX Producer experience, from beginning to end.
• A track record of providing detailed and accurate bids in time-pressured situations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of VFX, Immersive or Realtime workflows.
• Flexible availability to jump on client calls and meetings across global time zones.
• The ability to work closely within a small global team aiming for a common goal.
• A talent for building brilliant working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bidding Producer in a VFX, Games, or Immersive company.
• Experience using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
