Comex2000uk is seeking a Self Employed Cable Operative to join their team in Leeds, working on the VM02 network. In this role, you will construct, install, and maintain high-performance telecommunications networks.

The ideal candidate should have a sound practical knowledge of Copper, HFC, and FTTP networks and be comfortable with technology. A valid UK driving license is required for this position. The role includes a 40-hour work week with tax deducted under the Construction Industry Scheme.

Qualifications

• You must have sound practical knowledge and experience of Copper, HFC, and FTTP.
• Willingness to support clients in house operation as required.
• You should be eager to learn about telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Constructing and maintaining advanced telecommunications networks.
• Heavy cable pulling and working with overhead lines.
• Keeping detailed records of work using the internal database.
