Job summary

The Supply Register is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to provide temporary cover at a Holsworthy school. This part-time, temporary/interim role requires immediate start, with responsibility for the daily running of a busy school kitchen and ensuring a nutritious, high-quality catering service for students and staff.

Key duties include leading the kitchen, menu planning, stock management, and compliance with health and safety standards while promoting a positive school food culture.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, kitchen management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading or managing a catering team.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and compliance.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• A creative approach to food and menu planning.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
