Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Warrington is seeking an experienced Order Processor to join on a 4-month temporary basis. You will manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

The role requires strong administration skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. You will liaise with customers, production, and logistics teams, supporting timely fulfilment and updating records.

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately using the company's order management system.
• Verifying order details and ensuring information is complete and correct.
• Liaising with customers regarding orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Raising sales orders, quotations, and delivery documentation.
• Handling customer queries and resolving order-related issues.
• Monitoring order progress and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the wider administration team with ad hoc duties as required.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures and service level expectations.
