Medecho LTD is seeking a Locum Senior House Officer (SHO) in General Medicine to join an NHS Trust on a locum basis. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assess, investigate and manage patients admitted under General Medicine.
• Participate in ward rounds, patient reviews and discharge planning.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions under consultant supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Liaise with nursing staff, allied health professionals and senior clinicians.
• Ensure NHS clinical governance and patient safety standards.
