Job summary

Medecho LTD is seeking a Locum Senior House Officer (SHO) in General Medicine for an NHS Trust. The role supports acute and general medical services, with immediate availability for suitably registered doctors.

The successful candidate will hold GMC registration with licence to practise, NHS experience, ALS certification, and strong teamwork skills to operate in a multidisciplinary environment. On-site work at BA21 4AT with NHS governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess, investigate, and manage patients admitted under General Medicine.
• Participate in ward rounds, patient reviews, and discharge planning.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions under consultant supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Liaise with nursing staff and allied health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with NHS governance and patient safety standards.
