Job summary

REESON Education is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant for an all-boys Catholic secondary school and sixth form in South West London. The role is full-time and long-term, with either 8:00–16:00 or 8:30–16:30 hours, providing 1:1 support to SEN pupils aged 11–16.

The position offers excellent pay (£100–£130 per day) and joins a reputable academy with a strong Catholic ethos and focus on arts. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant in UK schools.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to SEN pupils aged 11–16.
• Support inclusion and assist classroom activities as directed.
• Follow school policies and report progress to staff.
