Get Recruited UK Ltd in Paisley seeks an Interim Finance Director / Senior Financial Controller for a 6-month contract. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of the finance function, reporting to senior management and liaising with external advisers.

Immediate start, office-based in Paisley, with a salary of £80,000 - £95,000 FTE. The successful candidate will manage a small finance team, oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, cash flow and compliance in a FCA-regulated

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA/CGMA).
• Previous experience as a Finance Director or Financial Controller in a regulated FCA environment.
• Experience using Workday Financial Management and Sage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team (3 direct reports) and provide strong financial leadership.
• Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end processes and controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Ensure statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met.
• Liaise with external auditors and advisers.
• Maintain robust financial governance and processes.
