Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is recruiting an Interim Finance Director / Senior Financial Controller for an FCA-regulated business in Paisley on a 6-month contract, with an immediate start and PAYE employment.

The successful candidate will lead a finance function, manage financial reporting, controls and provide senior financial leadership throughout the interim period. Office-based role with flexibility on start date.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA/CGMA).
• Experience in senior finance roles within FCA-regulated environments.
• Strong leadership of finance teams and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance team of 3 direct reports and oversee financial reporting.
• Manage monthly management accounts, month-end and year-end processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Ensure statutory reporting, tax submissions and compliance.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and advisers.
