TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a confident History Teacher for flexible day-to-day supply in Bishop Auckland. You will deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4 and support a range of cover duties with a focus on excellent behaviour and learning standards.

The role offers immediate start, competitive daily pay (£160-£200) and access to tailored CPD via My-Progression, with a dedicated consultant team to smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• QTS / Qualified Teacher Status with a History specialism.
• Experience teaching History within a secondary school environment.
• Strong knowledge of the History curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence delivering engaging and structured lessons.
• A flexible, adaptable and professional approach.
