Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a mixed Church of England secondary and sixth form in South East London. This position is suitable for a recent Graduate or an experienced Cover Supervisor, with an immediate start and flexible work patterns.

Duties include supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher, managing pupil behaviour, ensuring students complete their work, and providing feedback to the team on pupil behaviour.

Qualifications

• You're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.
• Applications welcome from a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS.
• UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent.
• Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Cover Supervisor in UK Secondary schools.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Managing pupil behaviour in line with the schools policies.
• Ensuring students complete their work.
• Providing feedback to the team in relation to pupils behaviour.
