Job summary

You will supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher, manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies, ensure students complete their work, and provide feedback to the team on pupil progress. The school educates 11 age pupils and has around 1,600 pupils.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelors Degree or an overseas equivalent
• Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Cover Supervisor in UK Secondary schools

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing pupil behaviour in line with the schools policies
• Ensuring students complete their work
• Providing feedback to the team in relation to pupils behaviour
