Long Term Futures is recruiting an experienced Early Years Practitioner for a welcoming nursery in Walthamstow for an immediate start. The role runs 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, on a full-time, long-term basis.

You will support children's learning under the EYFS, build positive relationships with children and families, observe progress and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Level 2/3 childcare is desirable.

Formación

• Experience in nursery or Early Years setting is essential.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable.
• Warm, enthusiastic and confident with young children.
• Proactive, reliable and team oriented.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support children's learning through structured and play-based activities.
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Encourage communication, social interaction and independence.
• Observe and record children's progress and development.
• Support daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
