Job summary

365 People is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller in Tamworth for a 2-month contract. You will own a customer ledger, chase overdue payments, and support cash flow with the finance team. Immediate start and a requirement for own transport are noted.

The role focuses on reducing aged debt, reconciling accounts, and providing timely payments updates to the team. Prior credit control experience and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of credit control experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and collecting outstanding customer debt.
• Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email.
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment queries.
• Allocating incoming payments accurately.
• Producing aged debtor reports.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage prompt payment.
