You will own a customer ledger, chase overdue payments, and support cash flow while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of credit control experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage busy sales ledger independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing and collecting outstanding customer debt.
• Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email.
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment queries.
• Allocating incoming payments accurately.
• Producing aged debtor reports.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage prompt payment.
• Escalating overdue accounts where appropriate.
