Job summary

Sheffield Diocesan Board of Finance (SDBF) seeks an enthusiastic IME2 Interim Officer to support capacity in the IME remit. You will be the primary contact for curates, TIs and IME2 mentors, coordinating delivery of the formation framework and contributing ideas to advance the Diocese's aims.

The role is part-time (14 hours/week, pro rata in salary), with a 6-month fixed-term contract, flexible working pattern, and access to the Clergy Pension Scheme and generous annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of the formation framework for IME2.
• Be the day to day first point of contact for curates, TIs and IME2 Group Mentors.
• Collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and contribute creative ideas to support the aims and values of the Diocese.
