Sheffield Diocesan Board of Finance (SDBF) seeks an enthusiastic IME2 Interim Officer to support capacity in the IME remit. You will be the primary contact for curates, TIs and IME2 mentors, coordinating delivery of the formation framework and contributing ideas to advance the Diocese's aims.
The role is part-time (14 hours/week, pro rata in salary), with a 6-month fixed-term contract, flexible working pattern, and access to the Clergy Pension Scheme and generous annual leave.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide interim IME2 cover to ensure capacity and support is added in the IME remit. The IME2 Interim Officer will lead on the delivery of the formation framework for IME2, being the day to day ‘first point of contact’ for curates, TIs and IME2 Group Mentors.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organisational and relationship-building skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of people, manage competing priorities and contribute creative ideas to support the aims and values of the Diocese.
