Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is hiring a Clinical Imaging Assistant Team Lead (Band 3) in Lincoln. The role leads a team within Radiology, ensuring smooth operation across community imaging sites and hospitals.

You will support Radiologists, Radiographers, and Nurses, coordinate staff rotas, and manage stock to maintain continuous service seven days a week. A flexible, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
• First Aid certificate.
• Basic life support.
• Experience of leading a team.
• Experience of managing stock.
• Supervising, mentoring or supporting colleagues.
• Experience of coordinating work.
• Experience within a Radiology Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and Nursing Staff.
• Supervise clinical imaging staff and ensure training and policy adherence.
• Coordinate rotas including annual leave and absence.
• Provide materials management for stock and non-stock items.
