Job summary

ESNEFT is seeking a HCPC registered Diagnostic Radiographer to take on specialist duties within our imaging teams. You will provide second-line and specialist support for PACS, RIS and Epic Radiant/Lumens, lead complex investigations, and help optimise clinical workflows to keep systems safe, reliable and efficient.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and Diagnostic Radiography degree.
• Experience supporting PACS/RIS and clinical applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with workflow-mapping ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line and specialist support for clinical/business applications.
• Act as SME for PACS, RIS and Epic Radiant/Lumens.
• Lead investigations into complex or recurring issues and coordinate supplier escalations.
• Support service development, digital transformation and imaging workflow optimisation.
• Contribute to clinical safety activities and service improvements.
