Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard, or equivalent experience or qualification.
• Experience in administration within outpatient/radiology settings.

Responsibilities

• To work with radiology staff to maintain effective service delivery and supervise clerical radiology staff.
• Manage rostering, workloads and attendance for reception and administrative staff.
• Lead governance, quality and policy adherence within the department.
• Oversee training, appraisals and development plans for clerical colleagues.
• Ensure smooth operation of RIS/EHR and other IT systems in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with radiologists, radiographers, outpatients, referrers and other stakeholders.
