Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Imaging Support Manager to lead a patient-focused reception and radiology administration service. You will oversee administrative and clerical staff within the radiology department and work closely with radiology teams to maintain high-quality service delivery across sites.

You will be flexible to work at other locations including Chelsea, Sutton and Cavendish Square, contributing to trust-wide imaging operations and ensuring excellent patient

Job description

The role of the Imaging Support Manager is to lead an efficient and patient focused reception and radiology administration service. This role is responsible for the day to day management of the administrative and clerical staff within the radiology department, providing administrative support to all relevant stakeholders. The post holder will collaborate closely with radiology staff to maintain effective service delivery and liaise with a variety of staff throughout the trust. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Imaging Support Managers on the other sites, radiologists, radiographers and radiology clerical staff, outpatients, private care and referrers.

The imaging department works within a quality management system, has maintained alignment with the QSI standard, and achieved the QSI quality mark.

You will be required to be flexible and work at our other locations as and when required; including Chelsea, Sutton and Cavendish Square.
