Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Imaging Assistants to join the Imaging Department. The role includes supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey, transporting patients between imaging areas, and assisting across Ultrasound, CT and MRI modalities.

Flexibility is offered with full and part-time hours across seven days. Applicants must be willing to travel between multiple sites and have a full driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transporting patients to and from Imaging departments.
• Providing high-quality care and support throughout the patient's imaging journey.
• Assisting within a variety of imaging modalities, including Ultrasound, CT and MRI.
• Undertaking housekeeping and administrative duties to support departmental functions.
• Demonstrate awareness and respond to the wellbeing of a wide range of patients.
• To have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a variety of CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy and General x-ray examinations.
• Be fully conversant with all aspects of Radiology Information System and use the system for administrative tasks such as attending patients, post‑processing examinations, booking appointments and assisting with queries.
