Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role.
• Experience in customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
• Care Certificate (mandatory).
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 or higher in Healthcare.
• Willingness to progress NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred care as part of the imaging team.
• Assist in delivering care within the multi-disciplinary team under supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
• Adhere to professional codes of conduct (NMC/HCPC).
• Demonstrate competence as Imaging Assistant within scope of duties.
• Work with the team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
