Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking a Digital Delivery IM Lead to manage ISO 19650 documentation and information management for major infrastructure programmes.

The role requires strong technical judgement and practical problem-solving, with responsibilities spanning BIM enablement, CDE configuration, and Master Information Delivery Plans alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Expertise in ISO 19650 framework implementation, including document authoring, and CDE management across complex programmes.
• Advanced knowledge of digital engineering solutions, including BIM, GIS integration, 4D/5D methodologies, and emerging digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing ISO 19650 documentation suite including EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, etc. for major infrastructure programmes.
• Supporting Information Managers in CDE configuration and alignment with information exchange processes.
• Ensure Master Information Delivery Plans are agreed and managed per framework requirements.
