Rheinmetall UK is seeking an ILS Engineer to deliver integrated logistic support activities across our in-service portfolio. You will own DRACAS/FRACAS processes, drive corrective actions and contribute to RAM, LORA, and LSA activities for sustainment in service.

You will analyse failure data to shape maintenance plans, spares provisioning and documentation, ensuring system availability and cost-effectiveness over the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Experience in ILS or in-service support engineering within regulated/defence environment.
• Knowledge of DRACAS/FRACAS principles and closed-loop corrective actions.
• Experience across two or more core ILS disciplines (maintenance planning, spares provisioning, technical publications, obsolescence).
• Proficient with structured data and reliability metrics (Excel, databases or ILS/reliability tools).

Mansioni

• Design, implement and own the DRACAS/FRACAS process: data capture, triage, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking and closure.
• Chair or support regular failure review boards with engineering, quality, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Maintain the DRACAS/FRACAS database or tool with data quality, consistency and traceability.
• Produce reliability metrics and trend analysis (MTBF, MTTR, failure rate by mode) for internal and customer reporting.
• Develop maintenance plans and spares provisioning based on in-service performance and failure data.
