Gloucestershire College is seeking a Data Returns Specialist (Maternity Cover) to ensure college data is accurate, compliant and submitted on time. You will collaborate across departments to meet funding and reporting requirements and support audits.

You will be experienced with ILR data and MIS, skilled in data checking and analysis, and able to produce clear reports while using Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools. Training on processes will be provided.

Competenze

• Experience with ILR data and funding rules in further or higher education.
• Experience using student records or MIS.
• Strong checking, analysing and maintaining accurate data.
• Experience improving and following processes and procedures.
• Experience producing reports and working with data systems.
• Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and other digital tools.
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and maths, or equivalent Level 2 qualification.
• Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding and Prevent, with training completed or willingness to undertake training.
