Zusammenfassung

Bournemouth and Poole College is seeking a permanent, full-time Data Compliance Officer to join the Management Information & Funding team. You will check learner data and funding returns for accuracy, quality and compliance with DfE rules.

The role leads validation work, data audits and the ILR specification, and works with curriculum and professional services teams to resolve discrepancies. A DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 9-4 (A-C) or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths.
• Experience handling large volumes of data and using electronic data systems.
• Strong accuracy and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain expert knowledge of ILR specification and validation errors.
• Submit timely, accurate returns to DfE and funding bodies.
• Lead data compliance audits and learner record checks.
• Run validation checks using PDSAT and Funding reports.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with departments.
• Support audits and prepare documentation and evidence.
