Qualifications

• Practical experience with VM Manager Tool for multi-layered virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical upgrades of ILMT server, BigFix console, and database components.
• Troubleshoot and remediate BigFix agent communication issues across multiple environments.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot software and capacity scans.
