Knowsley Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Knowsley Works Service. You will provide information, advice, and guidance to residents aiming to access training and employment opportunities, working with employers and partners to meet local skills needs.
The role emphasises customer service excellence and effective programme delivery, with flexibility to work in a hybrid pattern and a requirement to attend the work base 2 days per week.

As a key member of the Knowsley Works Service, you will deliver high-quality information, advice, and guidance to Knowsley residents seeking training and employment opportunities. The role involves working collaboratively with local employers, partners, and council services to align workforce skills with employer needs, supporting economic growth and improved outcomes for residents.
The position is central to ensuring excellent customer service and the effective delivery of employment initiatives in line with the Knowsley Works Service Plan. This includes maintaining high standards of customer care, professionalism, and service delivery across all employment programmes.
At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working. For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home. There is a requirement for you to attend your work base at least 2 day’s per week.
