What will you be doing?

  • Leading customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working directly with clients and colleagues, leading or collaborating within teams depending on project scope.
  • Contributing to practice development through internal initiatives to enhance industry or technical expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and managing performance in a matrix environment.
  • Applying detailed understanding of technology capabilities in Strategy, Insight, and Deployment to deliver client solutions.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and focusing on personal and team development.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programmes focused on customer or citizen outcomes.
  • Experience with structured consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions (CRM, websites, portals, apps, contact centers).
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs and leading key initiatives.
  • Experience with customer and digital maturity assessments, customer research, and translating findings into strategies and technical plans.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology’s role in enhancing customer experience.
  • Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare.
