The KPMG IGH Customer function is a cornerstone of our business. Operating from London, Bristol, Leeds, and Manchester, we do work that matters, serving the country with diligence and expertise.

KPMG is one of the world's largest and most respected consultancies. We've supported the UK through times of war and peace, prosperity and recession, political and regulatory upheaval. We've proudly stood beside the institutions and businesses which make the UK what it is.

By encompassing a wide range of disciplines across areas such as Customer Experience and Digital, Strategy, Forensic, Risk and Regulatory, People and Talent, and Operational and Financial Transformation, we become immersed in our clients' organizations, applying sector knowledge and technology solutions to deliver the best outcomes and get it right first time.

Why Join KPMG as an IGH Customer Manager?

We recognize that individuals have particular needs and that one size doesn’t fit all in how, when, and where you work. That’s why we offer agile working options. We believe in putting you at the center of your career – KPMG will provide training, development, and a stimulating work environment to help you achieve your career ambitions. We introduced ‘Our Deal’ – our way of saying ‘thank you’ for bringing your best to work. Benefits include secondment opportunities, banking services, a day off on your birthday, and open conversations about your career development.

While client-facing professionals may need to travel regularly and be based at client sites, our flexible arrangements can help you achieve a balanced lifestyle. We offer part-time roles, flexible hours, early or late starts, shorter days, etc. We are happy to discuss your requirements and our flexible working options, and can connect you with colleagues who work flexibly.

What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of larger teams.
  • Contributing to practice development, including leading internal initiatives to build expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying detailed understanding of wider capabilities across Strategy, Insight, and Technology deployment.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and developing personally and professionally.

What will you need?

  • Proven successful delivery within complex programs focusing on customer/citizen outcomes.
  • Experience with structured consulting methodologies.
  • Experience supporting customer experience technology solutions (CRM, websites, portals, apps, contact centers).
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs.
  • Knowledge of customer and digital maturity assessments and research.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Central or Local Government, or Healthcare.
