Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience in group reporting and IFRS consolidations.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and working knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and audit-ready mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop Excel models to validate group consolidation figures and investigate discrepancies.
• Review financial statements for IFRS compliance and reporting requirements.
• Prepare technical accounting papers covering impairment, merger reserves and complex transactions.
• Review lease accounting and reconcile local GAAP to IFRS across group entities.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure supporting documentation is audit-ready.
