Job Summary

We seek an experienced multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The candidate will assist management in office management, campus management, project management, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IFM management, preferably with whole building and/or campus management, and possibly new building management. They should be professional, attentive, process-oriented, detail-focused, proactive, responsible, and a team player proficient in MS Office and business English. The role suits a result-oriented, resourceful, all-rounder with a genuine desire to meet others' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office environment: space management, daily operations, repair requests, PPM scheduling.
  • Campus management: QEHS, property, insurance, resources, expenses, risk, and compliance.
  • EHS management: ensure compliance, develop work plans, conduct risk assessments, provide EHS training, review policies.
  • Manage IFM suppliers: contracts, operations, meetings, budgets, KPIs, bidding processes.
  • Tenant management: lease contracts, service and utility fees, communication, disputes.
  • Project management: office decoration, relocation, renovations.
  • Develop and monitor workplace management processes, policies, and benchmarks.
  • Lead and organize team efforts to meet goals and develop team capabilities.

Person Specification

Required:

  • At least 5 years of IFM management experience, preferably in R&D and global companies.
  • Relevant QEHS qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of supplier or team management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Team-oriented, open to an international environment.
  • Result-driven and well-organized.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of local law, finance, insurance, or construction management.
  • Additional qualifications in facilities or construction management preferred.
  • Language skills: English required; Mandarin beneficial.
