Job summary

The Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Facilities Assistant to join the IFM team at St Oswald's Hospital, Ashbourne. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors, following agreed cleaning procedures and schedules.

Full training will be provided. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 15:00–18:00, and you may be required to work across different sites to support service demands.

Main duties of the job

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. You may work independently or as part of a team, following agreed work schedules, cleaning methods and procedures in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and able to adapt to changing service needs. You may be required to work across different sites when necessary to support service demands.
