Job Description
We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and we're looking for an IFM Coordinator (Integrated Facilities Management) to join their team.
This global technology powerhouse invests heavily in R&D to make significant technological advancements across various sectors and is considered a top global employer.
In this role, you will collaborate with management on a variety of office facilities tasks and project management. Responsibilities include supplier/contractor communications, contract management, liaising with site teams, assisting with tenant management, lease contract management, working with project managers, and supporting supplier management and other office/facilities tasks.
This is a 12-month PAYE contract, full-time position with potential extensions.
The position is based on-site in Cambridge.
