Job Description:

IFM Coordinator (Integrated Facilities Management)

We're working with a global leader in research, development, and innovation, and we're looking for an IFM Coordinator to join their team.

This company invests heavily in R&D to make technological advancements across sectors and is considered a top global employer.

In this role, you will work with management on various office facilities tasks and project management. Responsibilities include supplier/contractor communication, contract management, liaising with site teams, assisting with tenant management, lease contracts, collaborating with project managers, and supporting supplier management and office/facilities tasks.

This is a 12-month PAYE full-time contract with potential extensions, based on-site in Cambridge.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience as an IFM Coordinator or Assistant
  • Supplier or team management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
