Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield plc in the UK is seeking a Bid / Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end IFM proposal and presentation development. You will coordinate with central bids, operations, solutioning and commercial teams to produce compelling responses and client-ready materials.

The role is hybrid with options in Birmingham or London and requires strong writing, editing and project-management skills to meet tight deadlines and client objectives. APMP qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
• APMP qualification a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IFM proposal and presentation development, with deadlines and responsibilities clearly defined.
• Participate in IFM bid meetings to understand client objectives and win strategy.
• Develop strategic messaging, win themes and design approaches that articulate the IFM value proposition.
• Collaborate with Central Bids, IFM operations, solutioning, transition, commercial and SMEs as contributors/reviewers.
• Create tailored IFM proposals describing operating model, delivery approach, mobilisation and governance.
• Identify design needs and coordinate with Central Bids to source resources.
• Oversee production and delivery of proposals and presentations to clients.
• Write, edit, format, and proof all deliverables; conduct red team reviews for quality.
• Organise pursuit sessions (kick-off, storyboarding, reviews, rehearsals) and coordinate timelines.
• Support Head of Bid Management and Senior Proposal Managers on strategic bids; contribute to content development.
• Champion adherence to firm branding and knowledge management across content.
