Job summary

ABM UK, part of ABM Industries, is seeking a Bid Manager to drive high-quality bids for public and private sector opportunities. The role blends office-based collaboration in London with home-working flexibility, supporting the end-to-end bid process across FM contracts.

You will write compelling responses to PQQs, ITTs and RFPs, manage bid timelines, and work with the business development team and subject-matter experts to win new business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English.
• Proven, successful bid-writing experience in public or private sectors.
• Eye for detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to present information visually and strong time management.
• Experience writing and coordinating bids to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write, coordinate and bid-manage high-quality bids to deadlines.
• Collate information, craft concise, persuasive bid narratives.
• Collaborate with BD team and specialists across the business.
