Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator in the Liverpool area to support Financial Advisers and clients through the full financial planning process.

The role involves preparing client documentation and meeting packs, processing new business and ongoing servicing, and liaising with providers. A background in wealth management and strong attention to detail are essential. Experience with platforms such as Intelliflo/iO and CashCalc is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA, financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and the advice process.
• Familiarity with financial platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation and meeting packs
• Process new business and ongoing client servicing
• Support pensions, ISAs, investments and other financial planning products
• Liaise with providers and third parties
• Process Letters of Authority and obtain policy information
• Assist with annual reviews and client administration
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance
• Support advisers with day-to-day client requirements
