Eden Rose in Kettering is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our technology‑driven financial planning boutique on a hybrid basis. You will support advisers and paraplanners, handling client servicing, administration and report preparation, while benefiting from a paperless platform and a culture of efficiency.

Qualifications

2-3 years' IFA / financial services administration experience.
Comfortable with technology and digital systems.
Professional and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

Provide administration support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
Manage client servicing and new-business administration.
Assist with report preparation and client documentation.
Liaise with clients, advisers, paraplanners and providers.
Maintain accurate and efficient client records.
Support the smooth delivery of holistic financial planning.
Work across a modern, fully paperless technology platform.
Manage competing priorities within a growing team.
