Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our established Wealth Management business, providing high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and their clients. The role focuses on client reviews, new business processing, and ensuring FCA/Consumer Duty compliance.

You will support Advisers with research and client recommendations, manage correspondence and records, and help improve administrative processes.

Qualifications

Experience in IFA/Wealth Management administration.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements in financial advice.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Managing client review preparation, valuations and review packs.
Processing new business, transfers, withdrawals and policy changes.
Liaising with providers and chasing outstanding information.
Supporting Advisers with research, investment information and client recommendations.
Preparing client correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
Managing client files and ensuring FCA/Consumer Duty compliance.
Acting as a key contact for Advisers, clients and providers.
Supporting and improving administrative processes where required.
