Eden Rose is seeking an IFA Administrator in Southport to support Financial Advisers and clients across the full financial planning process. You will prepare client documentation, process new business and ongoing servicing, and liaise with providers.

The ideal candidate has experience in IFA/wealth management, good product knowledge, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication. Opportunities to develop qualifications exist.

Qualifications

• Experience within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Good understanding of financial products and the advice process.
• Experience with platforms such as Intelliflo/iO, CashCalc or similar systems would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
• Processing new business and ongoing client servicing
• Supporting pensions, ISAs, investments and other financial planning products
• Liaising with providers and third parties
• Processing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information
• Assisting with annual reviews and client administration
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance
• Supporting advisers with day-to-day client requirements
