My client is a reputable Financial practice with a successful history providing fully independent financial advice to clients. They have built a growing client base and due to further expansion, they require an experienced IFA Administrator to join their close-knit team based on the outskirts of Glasgow.
The role involves providing administrative support to advisers, acting as the first point of contact for clients, and representing the company with excellent service. You will also be involved in coaching and mentoring junior staff, carrying out analytical work, requesting documentation, and conducting research for meetings. Ensuring all work complies with FCA regulations is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an IFA office or financial services administration, possibly with financial qualifications or working towards them, and exposure to Intelligent Office.
