Job summary

IDEX Consulting is recruiting an IFA administrator to join a large IFA Practice in Glasgow City Centre. You will be part of a team supporting a team of financial advisers, including company directors, and will handle day-to-day administration and client liaison.

Responsibilities include preparing suitability reports, obtaining quotes and product information, processing new business, and supporting annual reviews. There is good scope for progression into paraplanning or trainee adviser roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA administrator.
• Ability to prepare reports and client paperwork.
• Skilled liaison with providers and clients.

You must have experience as an IFA administrator to be successful in your application. There will be loads of scope for progression should you want this either into the paraplanning team or to become a trainee adviser.
