Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in Gloucester is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a national financial planning business with an excellent reputation.

You will work closely with a team of Financial Advisers, providing high-quality administrative support across the full client journey, ensuring new business, client requests and ongoing transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA Administrator or financial services support role.
• Basic understanding of financial planning, providers and products.
• Familiarity with back-office systems such as Intelligent Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications and paperwork to submission.
• Verify client identities where required and assist with requests.
• Support Advisers with cash holdings and trade placement per instructions.
• Maintain accurate client and plan records in the back-office system.
• Manage tasks from Advisers and managers and prepare Adviser meeting materials.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients, providers and Advisers.
• Process and chase policy claims through to completion.
