Job summary

AR Recruitment identifies an experienced IFA Administrator for a fast-growing wealth management practice in the UK. The role blends client relationship support, back-office processing, and platform liaison to support advisory teams and client journeys.

The position offers flexible hours (full or part-time) and an opportunity to work closely with Chartered Financial Planners, with exam funding and ongoing training as part of the package. Office-based with parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience preferred, especially in wealth management or IFA support.
• Proficiency with general desktop tools; Intelliflo familiarity is a plus.
• Exposure to major investment platform wrappers (AJ Bell, Aviva, Aegon, RL, Prudential).
• Progress toward CF1-5 or CF or CF modules is advantageous.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and schedule meetings.
• Process new business applications and online tracking wrappers.
• Coordinate with tier-one investment platforms to obtain quotes and illustrations.
• Ensure active client files comply with internal and external regulations.
• Maintain records and escalate any issues per regulatory standards.
