Job summary

Post Office Ltd in London/Chesterfield is seeking an Identity & Workplace Platforms Team Lead to provide operational leadership, delivery assurance and continual improvement of identity and workplace technology services.

You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with Cyber Security, Architecture and Service Operations to ensure secure, stable and effective delivery of critical technology services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams within a large enterprise.
• Strong people leadership and workload prioritisation skills.
• Proven experience supporting and managing Identity & Access Management and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager, Group Policy, Exchange, Universal Print) and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and operation of Identity & Workplace Platforms services, ensuring security, stability and continual improvement.
• Define ways of working, governance and operational best practice for the new team and drive service excellence across a complex technology estate.
• Collaborate with engineering, Cyber Security, Architecture, Service Operations and suppliers to deliver technology outcomes.
