Job summary

British Airways is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer to design and evolve identity security capabilities. You will focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM), collaborating with BA teams worldwide to meet security requirements and mitigate risks.

You will engage with identity sources, AD and ServiceNow integrations, and contribute to threat-led security measures while maintaining governance and lifecycle controls.

Qualifications

• Strong technical security skills with ability to review reference architectures and guidance.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Non-Employee Risk Management in identity governance.
• Knowledge of integrations with AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow and identity sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and support identity security capabilities within SailPoint ISC and NERM to mitigate threats to BA.
• Align SailPoint ISC and NERM engineering with threat-led strategy to strengthen identity governance.
• Maintain understanding of attacker techniques to ensure tools are effective and proportionate.
• Proactively assess and improve SailPoint ISC and NERM configurations, workflows, and controls.
• Keep up to date with SailPoint product developments and industry trends.
• Understand broader organisational functions and align to priorities.
